PHA Filament for 3D Printing
Reo Soil Grade 1
Overview
We have developed Asia’s first 100% PHA-based 3D printing filament, overcoming the limits of conventional filament materials like PLA and ABS.
Through proprietary compounding and inorganic additive technology, we deliver a high-performance filament that eliminates microplastic emissions and significantly reduces plastic waste, offering a truly sustainable solution for the 3D printing industry.

Problem
Conventional filaments like PLA and ABS suffer from:
1) Limited biodegradability, causing persistent plastic waste.
2) Microplastic emissions during high-temperature printing.
3) Poor heat resistance and durability, restricting industrial use.
The market urgently needs a new sustainable material with real-world performance.
Solution
We engineered REO, a full PHA filament:
1) Naturally biodegradable in soil and marine environments.
2) High heat deflection temperature (>120°C) and mechanical durability.
3) Free from microplastic emissions during printing.
4) Proven manufacturability with precise diameter control and industrial scalability.
